Self-Care Practice combines Restorative Yoga & Pranayama deep breathing strategies to reconnect the body, mind and spirit. The class will also encompass aromatherapy, gentle massage, Yoga Nidra, sound therapy & meditation.

With Spring upon us, many of us will engage in an annual spring cleaning of our external environment; however, our bodies need a “spring cleaning” too. This Self Care Practice will revitalize our energetic, blood and lymphatic circulation by detoxifying the Liver and Gallbladder through gentle restorative postures. The Liver houses our spiritual destiny - our determination, vision and planning. Before we can sprout and grow as newly formed tree buds, we must release our self-imposed boundaries. Only then can we begin to plan and create the lives we were destined to live.
