Paul Lopresti

Co-Owner / Hot 26, Barkan Vinyasa & cYoga

After a lifelong career in the martial arts and a genetic condition left him in debilitating pain, Paul decided to try hot yoga. One week later, he was hooked on the complimentary aspects of Bikram Yoga with his martial arts training. Wanting to deepen his practice & further his education within yoga, he attended the Spring 2014 Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in Los Angeles, Barkan Hot Vinyasa (Levels II & III) in 2017 and cYoga Training in 2020.

In addition to his yoga training, Paul also has a Bachelor of Arts in Health & Physical Education and is a Certified Trainer by the N.A.T.A. He has been working in the rehabilitative field since 1992.

Shire McLellan-Lopresti

Co-Owner / Inferno Pilates, cYoga, Yin Yoga & Barre

Shire has always been in love with movement. As a young adult, she earned a black belt in Tae Kwon Do at a then martial arts studio in Crispen Square! Curious about other styles of movement, she found a passion in Japanese jujutsu and Bikram Yoga, practicing the Bikram series with Paul right up until the day she delivered their daughter. She credits this movement with feeling her best during her pregnancy.

Shire practices yoga at home, other studios in the area and is very active in the local fitness community. She received her certification as an Inferno Pilates, Yin Yoga, Barre and cYoga. She is a working mom who supports small businesses in the area.

Angeles Santiago

Hot Yoga 26 & Inferno Pilates

Angeles emigrated from Mexico when she was 19. She loves to spend time with her four children and cook vegetarian meals. In 2007, she was diagnosed with Lyme's disease. She grew tired of visiting doctors and not feeling better. One day, her sister Karina told her about hot yoga and paid for her first class, so she would have to go. For the first time in her life, Angeles felt no pain. That's when she began her journey on the path of healing and teaching. She attended the Spring 2014 Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in Los Angeles, hoping to teach beginner yoga classes in English and Spanish and expand this yoga practice to the Latin community.

Chalise Saunders

Hot Yoga 26, Vinyasa & Yin Yoga

Chalise began her yoga journey at the age of twelve at the recommendation from her doctor to treat her scoliosis. She practiced at home to some yoga videos for years until she found her way to her first yoga studio. While she didn't enjoy her first class, Chalise decided to come back because of how good she felt immediately afterwards. After two years of a consistent practice, she decided to become a teacher, so she could share this beautiful practice with the world. Chalise believes that yoga is for everyone and seeks to learn all that she can about the different lineages. She is certified in the Hot Yoga 26 + 2 series, Vinyasa and Yin Yogas.

Sarah Wieman

Sarah started her yoga journey nearly ten years ago in a PE class at Philadelphia University. At the time, she was only trying to fulfill a general education requirement and never thought that yoga would turn into her lifestyle. In 2013, she found herself exploring her practice at Yoga Shala in Delray Beach, Florida. In 2017, she returned to Philadelphia with no job and a spiritual journey to rediscover herself. She completed her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Village Yoga in Duck, NC. The 27-day immersion forever changed her life. Upon completion, she spent time teaching in the Women's Ward at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility in Pennsylvania. She takes pride in teaching strong vinyasa flows intermixed with the wise teachings of Yoga Gurus, spiritual texts and soulful music

Leo Eisenstein

Hot Yoga 26

Leo started his yoga 16 years ago when he accompanied a friend to Bikram Yoga. At the time, Leo was 408 lbs. Although it was difficult, he never felt as rejuvenated as he did after Bikram Yoga. With a regular practice and improved eating habits, Leo lost more than 220 lbs and healed several injuries. He decided to attend the Fall 2005 Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in Los Angeles. Although Leo wanted to improve his practice, he wanted to become a teacher first - not a yoga athlete. Since Leo believes yoga facilitates life, he strives to make everyone's practice in the hot room easer, so life can become a little easier too.

Maria Spano

Hot Yoga 26

Maria is an RYT-200 with an eternal curiosity for mind/body wellness. After reaching a crossroads in her own life, Maria first stepped into the hot room wracked with anxiety, debilitating depression and a growing list of symptoms stemming from unhealthy lifestyle habits & autoimmune hypothyroidism. Within weeks, swelling in her joints subsided and her depression began to wane. In just a few months, the increible healing of yoga was undeniable. Morning that once kicked off with the light of a cigarette and a can of Diet Coke were replaced with 26 postures, 2 breathing exercises and high-quality H2O. Her path became clear - help others find they strength, both on & off the mat.  Maria's classes encourage students, instill discipline and uplift spirits.

Lia’s yoga education started in 2015 with a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Program at Grace and Glory Yoga and then a week-long intense yoga training with Baron Baptiste, founder of Baptiste Power Yoga, in 2016.  She started teaching yoga upon graduation and yet never stopped learning and exploring.
