Paul Lopresti
Co-Owner / Hot 26, Barkan Vinyasa & cYoga
After a lifelong career in the martial arts and a genetic condition left him in debilitating pain, Paul decided to try hot yoga. One week later, he was hooked on the complimentary aspects of Bikram Yoga with his martial arts training. Wanting to deepen his practice & further his education within yoga, he attended the Spring 2014 Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in Los Angeles, Barkan Hot Vinyasa (Levels II & III) in 2017 and cYoga Training in 2020.
In addition to his yoga training, Paul also has a Bachelor of Arts in Health & Physical Education and is a Certified Trainer by the N.A.T.A. He has been working in the rehabilitative field since 1992.

Shire McLellan-Lopresti
Co-Owner / Inferno Pilates, cYoga, Yin Yoga & Barre
Shire has always been in love with movement. As a young adult, she earned a black belt in Tae Kwon Do at a then martial arts studio in Crispen Square! Curious about other styles of movement, she found a passion in Japanese jujutsu and Bikram Yoga, practicing the Bikram series with Paul right up until the day she delivered their daughter. She credits this movement with feeling her best during her pregnancy.
Shire is very active in the health and wellness industry. She has a 300hr certification as a cYoga instructor, and Level 1 and 2 certified Inferno Hot Pilates instructor. Shire is also certified to teach Kettlebells, Barre, and Yin yoga. She is a working mom who supports small businesses in the area.

Angeles Santiago
Hot Yoga 26 & Inferno Pilates
Angeles emigrated from Mexico when she was 19. She loves to spend time with her four children and cook vegetarian meals. In 2007, she was diagnosed with Lyme's disease. She grew tired of visiting doctors and not feeling better. One day, her sister Karina told her about hot yoga and paid for her first class, so she would have to go. For the first time in her life, Angeles felt no pain. That's when she began her journey on the path of healing and teaching. She attended the Spring 2014 Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in Los Angeles, hoping to teach beginner yoga classes in English and Spanish and expand this yoga practice to the Latin community.

Chalise Saunders
Hot Yoga 26, Vinyasa & Yin Yoga
Chalise began her yoga journey at the age of twelve at the recommendation from her doctor to treat her scoliosis. She practiced at home to some yoga videos for years until she found her way to her first yoga studio. While she didn't enjoy her first class, Chalise decided to come back because of how good she felt immediately afterwards. After two years of a consistent practice, she decided to become a teacher, so she could share this beautiful practice with the world. Chalise believes that yoga is for everyone and seeks to learn all that she can about the different lineages. She is certified in the Hot Yoga 26 + 2 series, Vinyasa and Yin Yogas.

Sarah Wieman
Sarah started her yoga journey nearly ten years ago in a PE class at Philadelphia University. At the time, she was only trying to fulfill a general education requirement and never thought that yoga would turn into her lifestyle. In 2013, she found herself exploring her practice at Yoga Shala in Delray Beach, Florida. In 2017, she returned to Philadelphia with no job and a spiritual journey to rediscover herself. She completed her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Village Yoga in Duck, NC. The 27-day immersion forever changed her life. Upon completion, she spent time teaching in the Women's Ward at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility in Pennsylvania. She takes pride in teaching strong vinyasa flows intermixed with the wise teachings of Yoga Gurus, spiritual texts and soulful music

Leo Eisenstein
Hot Yoga 26
Leo started his yoga 16 years ago when he accompanied a friend to Bikram Yoga. At the time, Leo was 408 lbs. Although it was difficult, he never felt as rejuvenated as he did after Bikram Yoga. With a regular practice and improved eating habits, Leo lost more than 220 lbs and healed several injuries. He decided to attend the Fall 2005 Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in Los Angeles. Although Leo wanted to improve his practice, he wanted to become a teacher first - not a yoga athlete. Since Leo believes yoga facilitates life, he strives to make everyone's practice in the hot room easer, so life can become a little easier too.

Maria Spano
Hot Yoga 26
Maria is an RYT-200 with an eternal curiosity for mind/body wellness. After reaching a crossroads in her own life, Maria first stepped into the hot room wracked with anxiety, debilitating depression and a growing list of symptoms stemming from unhealthy lifestyle habits & autoimmune hypothyroidism. Within weeks, swelling in her joints subsided and her depression began to wane. In just a few months, the increible healing of yoga was undeniable. Morning that once kicked off with the light of a cigarette and a can of Diet Coke were replaced with 26 postures, 2 breathing exercises and high-quality H2O. Her path became clear - help others find they strength, both on & off the mat. Maria's classes encourage students, instill discipline and uplift spirits.

Spencer Broad
Warm Vinyasa & Yinyasa Yoga
Spencer has been a Certified Yoga Instructor since March 2017. After many years of personal practice, he received his 200-Hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Certification and has been teaching at local studios in South Jersey. Spencer teaches and practices a variety of yoga styles, including Vinyasa Flow, Yin and Restorative. He incorporates breath, focus, mindfulness and dharma talks into his classes. Spencer has also spent 20 years as a practicing chiropractor and as such is comfortable working with individuals with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, enhancing his ability to perform assists and adjustments during class, so students are in the correct posture for their bodies at that moment in time. "You don't get hurt doing yoga, you get hurt doing yoga wrong" is always Spencer's thought process while teaching. He has followed a vegetarian diet since 2012.

Dylan Zwick
Hot Yoga 26 & Inferno Pilates
Dylan started practicing Bikram Yoga four years ago to enhance his athletic performance and concentration in martial arts and college. As a teenager, Dylan was diagnosed with ADD. He immediately noticed results and committed himself to a regular practice, becoming healthier, stronger and more focused. He wants to help other people feel as good as he did. Dylan decided to fulfill his dream of becoming a yoga instructor and attended the Fall 2018 Bikram Yoga Teacher Training to receive his certification in the lineage. He also received his certification in Inferno Hot Pilates in 2019. In his free time, Dylan also practices Jiu Jitsu and MMA.

Kayla Gorrell
Hot Vinyasa Yoga, cYoga & Barre
Kayla fell in love with yoga in 2010 when she tried hot yoga after sustaining a running injury. After practicing regularly for several years, she finally decided to complete her 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training in 2017 and cYoga Training in 2020. Kayla loves guiding her students through an invigorating and challenging practice with the incorporation of mini free-flows. Her classes empower students to overcome their limiting beliefs, strengthening the mind-body connection through breath, movement and meditation. Kayla is also a Plant-Based Health Coach and Essential Oil Educator. Continuing her education as a movement instructor, Kayla also received her barre certification.

Morgan Mitchell
Warm Vinyasa & Yin Yoga
Morgan has always been passionately involved in the wellness industry. Her journey started with her Massage Therapy License in 2015 and quickly moved to her Personal Training Certification, 200-Hour Yoga Alliance Certification, and finally, Reiki Healing. She is dedicated to addressing the individual needs of every client through each of these practices. Morgan specializes in Reiki Yoga and Warm Vinyasa Flow that focuses on aligning the chakras along with some Reiki during savasana. She grew up right here in Mount Laurel and is excited to finally be able to teach in her local community.

Lia Freund
Warm Vinyasa & Yinyasa Yoga
Lia took her first yoga class 15 years ago and immediately fell in love with the practice. She continued practicing yoga using Sheva Rea’s DVDs during her pregnancy as a way to stay active and safe. She was fascinated with the way yoga poses were modified to adapt to her new body without losing their power and effectiveness. Lia’s yoga education started in 2015 with a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Program at Grace and Glory Yoga and then a week-long intense yoga training with Baron Baptiste, founder of Baptiste Power Yoga, in 2016. She started teaching yoga upon graduation and yet never stopped learning and exploring. Lia is passionate about healthy living and the importance of exercise as a way of keeping both the body and mind in check and thinks that practicing yoga is an answer to both. In her classes, Lia incorporates knowledge and wisdom of different yoga styles to provide her students with a challenging and yet soothing experience. She also received her Reiki and Yin Yoga certifications in 2018 and is currently working on getting certified in Trapeze Yoga.

Kristina Aponte
Warm Vinyasa & Yinyasa Yoga
Kristina is a Certified Yoga Teacher. She first came to yoga as an individual seeking methods of relaxation and breathwork. In May 2018, she completed her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification from LifePower Yoga. Since then, she has this profound passion to heal the world through this beautiful practice. When teaching, she combines creative sequencing of Ashtanga and Vinyasa, spirit of playfulness, and a dose of inspiration to help deepen their practice. She seeks to help others develop greater self-awareness, compassion and self-love. Yoga has inspired her to live each moment more mindfully every day, and she is beyond grateful.

Savanna Miner
Warm Vinyasa Yoga
Savanna began practicing yoga over seven years ago, and immediately fell in love with the physical benefits. She practiced often and loved exploring all different styles. During a time in her life of loss and brokenness, Savanna found that yoga was more than just a physical practice, but also mental and spiritual. Yoga helped her find peace, re-center, and be patient during a time of waiting. At the recommendation of one of her favorite yoga teachers, Savanna immersed herself in a 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacehr Training at Balanced Planet Yoga in 2021. Now, she is so excited to share with others all that yoga has to offer. Her classes are focused on breath-to-movement, including some playfulness and challenge. Classes always finish with a few moments for her yogis to relax and re-center.

Jennifer Flanagan
Youth Yoga
With a BA in Psychology & MEd in Special Education, Jennifer has worked with adults and children with developmental disabilities for more than a decade. Because of its psychological and physiological benefits, she would regularly attend yoga classes with her clients. Passionate about creating yoga classes that are accessible for people of all ages and abilities, Jenn received her 200-Hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Certification in 2015. Additionally, she completed the Kidding Around Training to develop fun, creative yoga classes for children. As her yoga journey evolved, Jenn's outlook on health and nutrition also shifted. She became a Certified Health Coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is currently enrolled in the Master's of Nutrition & Human Performance Program at Logan University to become a Certified Clinical Nutritionist.
